Nike releases these AF1's to commemorate Black History Month. The shoes are inspired by the rise of Black enterprise, economic empowerment and the Harlem Renaissance. The sneakers feature the following quote embedded all over the upper - "The definition of a renaissance individual: one who possesses a multitude of skills, talent and a broad base of knowledge." All of the proceeds from the shoes will be donated to Cheney University, the oldest Black College in the U.S. The shoes are scheduled to drop Feb. 18th at top tier Nike accounts, hit the jump for the list of stores that will have them.The Nike Sportswear Air Force 1 Black History Month 2010 will be available at the following locations in the U.S.
