It's entirely possible that you didn't notice that the NFL held the Pro Bowl last week. Hoping to draw more attention to the event (and cut down on costs), they held it in Florida instead of Hawaii, during the playoff bye week between the conference championships and the Super Bowl. There were only two problems with this plan. Number one, no one cares about the Pro Bowl, not even the players selected to play in it. Number two, there were no Colts or Saints in the game. (Because if one of them were to get hurt in an exhibition game the week before the Super Bowl...yikes.) And a Pro Bowl without Drew Brees or Peyton Manning is kind of like a Public Enemy reunion without Chuck D and Flavor Flav. Something like that, anyway. About the best thing to come out of the whole event were these Air Force 1s, made up for the players and their friends and family. Made up of premium leather, with pink and teal trim, lasered detailing, and Visible Air, these not-for-you shoes may have been the highlight of the weekend. Detail shots follow.
