As if Neighborhood wasn't elusive enough, the Japanese based brand has created an even more limited sub range entitled Luker to show off a more colorful side of the brand. Neighborhood, known for its usage of military inspired colors, imagery and slogans, takes a broader approach with Luker using more color and imagery from other sources with the theme for the sub brand seeming to be of the rebellious party aesthetic.
