Being green can get pretty colorful as we can see here with Sony's Recycle Jeans project. Sony takes recently discarded cloth banners - that previously covered the side of their corporate offices - and turned the advertisements into jeans. In the spirit of returning a found object, they place the jeans on the building side where the ad that they came from was originally. Customers can then purchase the jeans from the wall and are provided with binoculars so they can choose which specific pair they want from the side of the building. The jeans are then retrieved by a sales associate who repels from the side of the building to snag your selection. There may be an easier way to save the planet but we're sure none of them are this fun.
