The Alpha Air Jordan 1 is the sneaker equivalent of
the new Camaro -- the sihouette evokes
the original, but the construction and underpinnings are all state-of-the-art. The Alpha Air Jordan 1's
origins are readily apparent (as if the name didn't make it abundantly clear), but the '80s look conceals a fully modern basketball shoe. The heavily perforated upper is constructed with minimal stitching, the outsole conceals a full Zoom Air airbag, and that collar liner is made to wick moisture, not retain it. Look for them to drop in a myriad of colors in Spring 2010. Suggested retail is $125. Check out the first four colorways (including two awfully familiar ones) below.
