What good is doing street art if the cops don't even care? That's a question Houston filmmaker Alex "Pr!mo" Luster explores in his upcoming documentary, "Stick Em Up." The film, which is hitting the festival circuit this fall, includes interviews with local street artists, critics and elected officials, in an attempt to shed light on wheatpasting. In Houston, when it comes to the police response to vandalism, spraycan art is way more of a priority wheatpasting. Shepard Fairey even makes an appearance.
