The 2009 MTV Video Music Awards were definitely
one for the history books. Not only did Kanye West lose all his Country music fans when he interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech to express his belief that Beyonce should have won, but America's Best Dance Crew judge, oh, and rapper, Lil Mama made a surprise appearance as well. She bumrushed the stage in the middle of Jay-Z and Alicia Keys' "Empire State of Mind" performance. The result was a sea of who-the-heck-is-that? blank stares and a stunned Jigga proclaiming that the over-zealous New Yorker was, "T-Painin', huh?"

While most were shocked by Lil Mama's big move, StreetLevel expected as much from this perpetual camera hog (remember her baby doll getup from the 2007 VMAs?). Overnight, #Lilmamais became a trending topic on Twitter and swarms of pics of her grandstanding throughout the ages popped up online. SL compiled these "exclusive" photos into one long list of Lil Mama's limelight larceny.
