We can't imagine how much it cost to license the Star Wars franchise. Probably enough to throw another wing on the Skywalker Ranch. Fortunately for Mark Ecko, money seems to be no object when it comes to getting what he wants. Unfortunately, however, like the purchase of Barry Bonds' record breaking baseball, spending 180 grand on doorknobs, the Star Wars clothing license seems like another fiscal faux pas.

The Darth Vader, Darth Maul, X Wing Pilot and Clone Trooper zip-front hoodies are a quick trip to the "dark side" of fashion as they seem to be top half of a child's footie pajamas. Woe is you if you are caught in the streets in these things as the urban cosplay phenomenon did not (and likely never will) catch on and we're pretty sure you would even get clowned at the Comicon for your lack of effort. Hit the jump for more detailed shots of the Vader and Darth Maul hoodies.

Available (just in time for Halloween) on October 1st for $98 (Vader and Maul) and $150 (Clone Trooper and X Wing Pilot). Put in your pre-order at Shopecko.com
