Friday, in Akron, Ohio, Nike and LeBron James introduced the Nike Air Max LeBron VII. It is LeBron's 7th signature shoe and the first to utilize Nike's new basketball-specific 360 Air cushioning. The Air Max LeBron VII also incorporates Flywire, a technology previously seen in the Hyperdunk and Hyperize, to provide support while drastically reducing weight. It's the lightest LeBron shoe yet. As usual, there are plenty of design cues (subtle and not-so-subtle) referencing LeBron himself, as well as his number 23. The Air Max LeBron VII will drop in October for $160. Check out more shots of the shoe and a video interview with its designer. Jason Petrie after the jump. [Via Hypebeast]
