Nike has a history of getting groups of athletes together to poke fun at themselves and the sport. Campaigns like Nike Fun Police and the Nike Force Camp really changed the way that Joe Six-pack saw his favorite players. Now Nike is hitting a new market, the aged hip hop fan. With their new group the Hyperizers consisting of "Fog Raw" (aka Mo Williams), "Ice-O" (Rashard Lewis), "Chief Blocka" (Andre Iguodala) and "Velvet Hoop" (Kevin Durant), Nike is taking us back to a time where 808 claps and Parliament Funkadelic samples ruled the airwaves with some guest ad-libs from DJ Quik to add a touch of authenticity. This commercial is definitely intent on influencing what you wear on your feet. Hopefully this does nothing to influence your style of dress. [Via Hypebeast]
