Word (and images) of a Nike x Transformers pack has been kicking around the web for a while now, but actual official photos have finally emerged from Beaverton. Nike and Hasbro collaborated on a three-shoe pack made up of current Nike basketball offerings: the Zoom Flight Club (Megatron), Zoom FP (Bumblebee) and Zoom Sharkalaid (Soundwave). Hmm. That's two Decepticons (including their leader) to one Autobot, which doesn't seem entirely fair.

The shoes will release in limited quantities at House of Hoops in China, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Taiwan and the U.S. later this month. Hasbro supplied the OG graphics, Nike the...well, the shoes, which are packaged similarly to the original Transformers toys from the '80s. The FP and Sharkalaid will retail for $100, while the Flight Club will be $120. Megatron always did need to stand out. More detailed pictures of the sneakers and packaging after the jump. The back of each sneaker box features the classic battle scene mural and tech specs from the original Transformers G1 packaging. Depending on your age or cannabis usage, you may even remember the painted mural from the front side of the 1984 fold-out toy catalog. If you're feeling nostalgic, click on the thumbnails below to pop-up and inspect detailed versions of each Transformers' original tech spec courtesy of Botch's Transformer's Box Art Archive. That is, if you still have your tech spec decoder handy.
