Jones Beach? As inspiration for a Nike Sportswear AF1? Really? We're guessing someone at the Swoosh was vacationing on Long Island when they suddenly remembered that they had a design concept due the next day. The shoe itself looks great, with a primarily canvas upper, a translucent blue outsole and dune fence details on the heel, but we're just happy it wasn't part of a Robert Moses Pack along with a Triborough Bridge AM95 and a Belt Parkway Vandal. (Although damn, y'all didn't see that the Long Island silhouette on the outsole was flipped?) Available at Extra Butter (and other Nike Sportswear retailers) this Friday, July 3rd.
