As if the upcoming movie adaptation by Spike Jonze wasn't enough to get you excited, Japanese toy company MediCom is translating the quirky characters of "Where the Wild Things Are" into their collectible, block-style Kubrick figures. Each menacing monster (and boy wonder Max) is two-inch inches high. And if you can't decide which MediCom block-style figure you like best, the toymaker is also making sets of Kubricks that come with bear-shaped Be@rbricks. You'll be able to get your paws on these in October when the movie hits theaters, and each Wild Thing will cost you $9.99 while the Kubrick/Be@rbrick set will be $19.99. But reminiscing about your favorite children's book with stylish plastic playables? Priceless. Peep another pic after the jump. [Via Toycyte]
